Taco Pie(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey or veal
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    1 c. peeled chopped tomato
    1 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. skim milk
    4 egg whites
Preparation
    Cook turkey or veal.
    Mix with water and taco mix.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour into 10-inch pie pan or oblong casserole sprayed with Pam.
    Layer all but the last 3 ingredients.
    Mix last 3; pour over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 4 servings; 4 proteins, 1 bread, 1/4
    milk, 1 vegetable and 20 optional calories.
