Zucchini Aux Herbes Dete(Zucchini With Summer Herbs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. chopped chives
    1 Tbsp. chopped dill
    1/2 tsp. tarragon, chopped
    1 Tbsp. chopped basil
Preparation
    Use only fresh herbs.
    Rinse zucchini and pat back.
    Trim ends and cut into 1/8-inch slices, about 6 cups.
    Heat oil in a skillet.
    When quite hot, add zucchini.
    Cook over relatively high heat, shaking the skillet, tossing and turning with spatula so all sides are turned.
    Add salt and pepper and remove from pan, 5 to 7 minutes.
    Put butter in skillet and melt.
    Return zucchini to pan and garlic and herbs.
    Toss.
    Serve.
