Crab Meat Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crab meat
    2 c. bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. light cream
    3/4 c. milk
    salt and pepper
    2 beaten egg yolks
    finely grated cheese
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Cook butter, flour and cream in double boiler; add milk and seasonings when sauce is well blended.
    Removed from heat and add well beaten egg yolks.
    Add layer of crumbs, 1/2 crab and 1/2 sauce.
    Repeat layers in well-buttered casserole.
    Top with buttered crumbs and cheese.
    Bake 1/2 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Sealegs may be used.
