Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar, mixed with 2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream the shortenings and 1 1/2 cups of sugar; add eggs and mix well.
    Sift together the next 4 ingredients; mix well with the first mixture.
    Roll into walnut size balls.
    Roll balls in sugar and cinnamon mixture.
    Place 2 inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
