Open-Faced Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 peaches, peeled and cut in half
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 heaping Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. boiling water
    dash of almond flavoring
    1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation
    Lay peaches in pie crust, cut side up. Mix salt, flour and sugar. Cut in margarine. Add boiling water and flavoring. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0, then 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
