Perfect Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unsifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 3/4 c. Crisco
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Put flour, sugar and Crisco in\tlarge bowl and mix until crumbly.
    A pastry blender is helpful.
    In\ta
    small
    bowl, mix egg, water and vinegar.
    Add to
    flour
    mix
    and
    combine until moistened.\tDivide dough into 5 to\t6
    portions.
    Wrap each one in plastic and chill.\tEach portion will make one 9-inch crust. You can thaw, freeze, refreeze, re-roll
    and
    it won't hurt its quality.
    How nice to reach into the
    freezer
    and find it, but thaw it in the fridge before rolling.
