Turkey Burgers With Sage And Onion - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
1 small yellow onion, grated, drained and squeezed dry
1 tsp. ground sage
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation

Preheat the broiler; set rack 6 inches from heat.
Combine all ingredients.
Form 4 patties.
Broil 5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
Serves 4.
