Stuffaronis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. large macaroni or flat lasagna noodles
1 small clove garlic
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. cooked spinach
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg, well beaten
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook macaroni in salted water 15 minutes; drain.
Add a bit of oil to keep from sticking.
Combine garlic, onion and meats and saute in oil 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Combine crumbs, spinach, cheese and egg and add to meat mixture.
