Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
Preparation

Mix corn, butter, sugar, flour, salt and milk.
Add egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Place in a greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Yield: 6 servings.
