Pumpkin Roll Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together until light and smooth.
Unroll cooled cake; spread filling over cake.
Reroll cake and filling together, pulling up on end of towel to help roll cake.
Wrap in clear wrap or wax paper and chill.
Slice to serve.
