Sourdough Starter(Servings: 3 Cups) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope active dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 c. all-purpose flour
Preparation
    In a 2-quart plastic pitcher with strainer in lid or a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
    Beat with a wooden or plastic spoon.
    Fermentation will dissolve small lumps.
    Cover pitcher with lid, turning strainer in lid to pouring lip.
    Cover bowl with a cloth.
    Set in a warm place, free from drafts.
    Let stand 1 to 2 days, stirring occasionally.
