Tuna Tumbales - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 small onion
1 Tbsp. salad oil
3 beaten egg yolks
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. finely minced parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 stiff beaten egg whites
1 c. medium white sauce
Preparation

Lightly brown tuna and onion in oil.
Add yolks, bread, lemon juice, parsley and seasonings.
Fold egg whites in and turn into greased custard cups.
Bake in pan of water at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until firm in center.
Top with white sauce.
Serves 4.
