Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 slices white bread
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown sausage; crumble and drain. Cut bread into cubes and put in 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Sprinkle sausage over bread; put cheese on top of this. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and mustard; pour this over bread, sausage and cheese. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
