Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag hash browns
    1 large box sour cream (use a little over half the box)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 medium block Velveeta
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine hash browns, sour cream and mushroom soup.
    Stir until well blended and no soup lumps.
    Cut Velveeta into small cubes and stir into the mixture.
    Smooth top and cut up the butter over the top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Check after 35 to 40 minutes.
    If cheese seems melted, it is done.
