Easy German Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Baker's German sweet chocolate
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 1/3 c. (about) Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    1 c. whipped topping (optional)
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter over low heat in medium saucepan. Add milk, coconut, eggs and sugar until well blended.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Serve with whipped topping, if desired.
    Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
