Zesty Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oats
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. parsley
    3 lb. chicken, cut up and skinned
    1/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. margarine, melted
    lemon wedges
Preparation
    Grease foil-lined pan.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place oats, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper in the blender container and mix well.
    Stir in parsley.
    Coat chicken in oat mixture.
    Dip into milk and coat again with oat mixture.
    Place on rack.
