Nut Goody Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
    1 (16 oz.) bag salted peanuts (no skins)
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13-inch pan real well.
    Melt top 4 ingredients in double boiler.
    Spread 1 package of miniature marshmallows and 1 (16 ounce) bag salted peanuts.
    Pour melted mixture over this and stir real well.
    Pat down and cool.
