Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cook macaroni until tender and drain thoroughly.
Stir in egg and butter.
Mix mustard and salt with 1 tablespoon hot water and then add to macaroni.
Add cheese, reserving small amount to sprinkle over top.
Mix and pour into buttered casserole dish. Add milk.
Sprinkle top with cheese.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until custard is set and top is crusty.
