Layered Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    head of lettuce
    1 can English peas
    1 large Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and diced
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. purple onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix mayonnaise and sugar together and set aside.
    Layer lettuce, peas, onion, bell pepper and celery.
    Top first with mayonnaise mixture, then bacon and then Parmesan cheese.
    Chill overnight.
