Ingredients

1 can refrigerated biscuits
powdered sugar, cinnamon sugar or chocolate icing
Preparation

Separate biscuit dough.
Cut hole in center of each biscuit. Fry biscuits and holes, a few at a time, in 1/2 to 1 inch of hot shortening or oil (375\u00b0), or use deep-fryer.
Cook until golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon sugar, or ice with homemade or prepared chocolate icing.
Serve while warm.
