Best Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 stick butter, melted and cooled
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch spring-form pan. With all ingredients at room temperature, mix all in one large bowl until well blended.
    Bake for 1 hour.
    Turn oven off and open the oven door; leave cake in for 1 more hour.
    Chill.
    May top with apricot or strawberry preserves.
