Eggnog Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 c. dairy eggnog
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. pecans, chopped
    3/4 c. apricots, chopped
Preparation
    In a large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg.
    Combine eggnog, egg and butter.
    Add to the dry ingredients and stir until blended.
    Add nuts and fruit.
    Bake in a loaf pan 60 to 70 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool on a wire rack. Freezes well.
    Makes 1 loaf.
