Aunt Ethel'S Spoon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
3/4 c.water
ground corn meal
1 tsp. salt
4 unbeaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. oleo
4 egg whites
Preparation

Scald milk and add water and ground cornmeal.
Stir constantly. Cool.
Add salt and egg yolks, mixing well.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Melt oleo in baking dish and coat sides.
Beat egg whites until peaks form and fold into corn meal mixture.
Put in baking dish and set in pan of hot water.
Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour or until set.
