Crab Spread Appetizer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. imitation crab
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. (1/2 jar) cocktail sauce
assorted crackers (Ritz, Wheat Thins, etc.)

Preparation

Spread softened cream cheese on plate or tray.
Crumble crab over top.
Pour cocktail sauce on top and serve immediately. To be spread on crackers.
This should be prepared just before serving.
