Blue Cheese Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    12 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    4 oz. Blue cheese
    1 pkg. dry Italian dressing
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; refrigerate until use.
    Use as a dip, on crackers, or my favorite, as a steak sauce.
