Microwave Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped finely
1/2 c. cornmeal
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. can cream-style corn
paprika
Preparation

Drain broccoli; set aside.
Combine 1 1/2 cups milk, margarine, salt, pepper and onion in 4 cup glass dish.
Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
Combine remaining 1/2 cup milk and cornmeal; mix well.
Stir into hot milk mixture slowly.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes or until mixture thickens, stirring 3 times.
