Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 halves chicken breast
2 tubes Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 Tbsp. chicken broth
Preparation

Cook chicken; tear into bites.
Mix crackers with melted butter.
Cover bottom of casserole dish with crackers.
Place chicken pieces over crumbs.
Mix sour cream, soup and broth.
Pour sauce over chicken.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
