Cadillos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large pork steaks or use boneless pork chops
    1 medium onion
    1 can jalapeno chilies
    1 pt. stewed tomatoes
    salt to taste
    1 tsp. cumin
    water (as needed)
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Dice pork and brown in oil.
    Add chopped onion and saute a few minutes.
    Add jalapeno chilies and stewed tomatoes.
    Salt and cumin.
    Let simmer until tender.
    Add a bit of water if mixture gets too thick before it is tender.
    Use to fill tacos, burritos or over rice.
    Sprinkle cheese over.
