Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    2 or 3 cloves garlic
    1 c. onions, chopped
    1 c. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 can cream-style corn
    1/2 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Brown beef; drain off fat.
    Put beef in bottom of pan or glass cooking dish.
    Mix rest of ingredients and spoon on top of beef. Bake until brown.
    You may layer the cornbread mix with the beef and cheese.
