Country Breakfast Fixings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 country ham slices
1 lb. sliced bacon (thick is best)
Preparation

Cover bottom of skillet with bacon slices.
Place ham on top of bacon.
Cook slowly either on top of stove or in oven.
Turn bacon once; also turn ham slices, keeping ham on top of bacon. Bacon will have a country ham flavor (heavenly).
Serve with eggs, grits and biscuits for a perfect breakfast.
