Casserole Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Scald milk.
Stir in sugar, salt and butter.
Cool to lukewarm.
Pour warm water into a large, warm bowl and sprinkle in yeast.
Stir to dissolve.
Add lukewarm milk mixture, grated cheese and flour.
Stir 2 minutes or until well blended.
Cover.
