Scalloped Potatoes With Franks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 frankfurters, sliced 1/2-inch thick
4 c. sliced potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Place 2 cups of sliced potatoes in a 2-quart greased casserole.
Mix flour, salt and pepper together.
Sprinkle 1/2 over potatoes.
Add 1/2 of the onion, butter and frankfurters. Repeat in same order.
Add milk.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for an hour, or until done.
