Thick Strawberry Milk Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fresh strawberries or frozen unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 c. skim milk
    3 pkg. Equal or Sweet 'N Low
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender.
    Blend at high speed until smooth or for 1 minute.
    Serve immediately.
    If using fresh strawberries, add 3 ice cubes to make thicker shake.
    Makes approximately 1 (12 ounce) serving.
    Diabetic Exchange:
    1 fruit and 1/2 nonfat milk.
