Italian Soupa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 to 1 lb. hot sausage, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
    3/4 to 1 lb. mild sausage, sliced in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 green peppers, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 3/4 c. cooking wine
    4 c. beef broth
    1 bay leaf
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 qt. jar tomatoes
    8 oz. bow tie noodles
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute sausage.
    Remove excess drippings and sausage.
    Fry green peppers and onion.
    Add sausage, wine and broth.
    Boil until wine smell is gone (about 15 minutes).
    Add seasonings, tomatoes and dry noodles.
    Simmer 1 hour.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
    Serves 8.
