Blueberry Refrigerated Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. whole milk
1 c. sour cream
2 c. blueberries (strawberries may be substituted)
1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and milk in a medium saucepan.
Cook on medium heat until mixture thickens to custard.
Cool mixture to room temperature.
Pour mixture into pie crust.
Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.
