Crab Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
3 c. chicken broth
1 can canned tomatoes
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 bay leaf
1 or more Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
Preparation

Melt butter in large saucepan; add onion, green pepper and celery.
Saute until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients except shrimp and crab meat.
Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 30 minutes until rice is tender.
