Marsha'S Sweet Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. ground beef
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    29 oz. tomato sauce
    1 large can tomato paste
    3 cans water
    1 can peas
    1 can carrots
    1 can chili beans (undrained)
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/4 c. chili powder
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cooked noodles (elbow, shell, vermicelli, etc.)
Preparation
    Cook and drain first 3 ingredients.
    In a large pot, add tomato sauce, tomato paste and water.
    Drain and add peas, carrots and chili beans (corn can be used, also).
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Simmer, covered, on low heat for 30 minutes.
    It sticks easily.
    If mixture is too thick, add a little water.
