Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Beat well.
    If batter seems too thick, add a little more milk.
    Heat and grease pan.
    Pour batter about 3 inches around.
    Turn when bubbly. When done, put butter on it.
