De Lux Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. hash brown potatoes
    2 cans cream of potato soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and put in large casserole.
    Sprinkle with green pepper.
    Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Last 15 minutes of baking sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over top.
    Delicious!
