Chipped Beef Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can Armour dried beef
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. green pepper sauce
Preparation
    Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
    Chop or blend dried beef to small pieces.
    Chop onion.
    Add all ingredients, reserving 1/4 of beef for garnish.
    Mix well.
    Form into ball.
    Roll in remaining beef.
    Serve with crackers.
