Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large head cauliflower
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. mustard
shredded cheese

Preparation

Wrap cauliflower in plastic wrap.
Cook with stem up in a microwave for 4 minutes on High.
Turn over and cook for 4 minutes more.
Break apart and put in casserole dish.
