Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. hamburger or ground turkey
    1 medium onion
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) bag Idaho mashed potatoes
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion.
    Add parsley, celery salt and salt and pepper (to taste).
    Drain off excess fat.
    Layer meat mixture in bottom of casserole.
    Layer with mashed potatoes.
    Do this until casserole is full.
    When making potatoes, use water instead of milk.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 until heated through.
    Very good.
