Cream Cheese Crescents - cooking recipe

1 c. butter or margarine, softened
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. walnuts, finely chopped
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine butter and cream cheese, creaming until well blended. Combine flour and salt; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Shape dough
into 8 balls. Wrap each in plastic wrap and chill at least 2 hours. Roll each ball of dough into an 8-inch circle on a lightly floured surface. Cut into wedges.
