Baked Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 (1/4 lb.) butter
potatoes
salt
cheese (I use 3/4 of a quarter lb. pkg. Pimento-American)
1 slice bread, crumbled
1 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Melt butter in a 9 x 15-inch Pyrex pan.
Pare and quarter enough potatoes to completely cover the bottom of the pan.
Roll over in butter as placing in the pan.
Sprinkle with salt.
Grate cheese and mix with crumbled bread and paprika.
Sprinkle over the top of the potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
