Ham And Potato Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    5 to 7 potatoes, sliced
    2 slices cured ham steaks
Preparation
    Place butter in heated skillet to melt.
    Add the sliced potatoes and place the ham steaks over this.
    Cover and set on low to medium setting for 1 hour.
    There's no need for salt on the potatoes because the flavor from the ham drains down onto them and flavors them greatly.
