Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled
    4 slices bacon
    1 to 2 stalks celery, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Microwave bacon on High for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Heat onion and celery in 2 tablespoons bacon drippings on High, 2 1/2 to 3 minutes.
    Add shrimp, heat on high for 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp are pink.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss until well mixed.
    Bacon drippings may be eliminated and sunflower oil used. If using peas, add at same time as shrimp.
