Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, added one at a time and beaten well after each
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    sprinkle of salt
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
