Bridal Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
    1 Tbsp. packaged bread crumbs
    7-8 cups chicken broth made from 1 whole chicken
    1 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
    Combine ground chuck, salt, pepper, parsley, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Form into balls size of a grape; set aside.
