Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. stew beef
    2 carrots, cut up
    2 stalks celery, cut up
    2 medium onions, cut up
    1 can mushrooms or 1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 can tomatoes, cut up
    2 c. water
    3 heaping Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    salt and pepper
    4 to 5 potatoes (if small, leave whole)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in order given in a large pot and bake for 3 hours at 350\u00b0, covered.
