Chicken In The Microwave - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. A.1. sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Mix melted butter and A.1. sauce.
Place fryer in a microwave safe dish with cover, breast side down.
Brush top of fryer with mixture; cover with lid and microwave on High for 15 minutes. Turn fryer, coat breast side with mixture and microwave on High for another 15 minutes.
Serve immediately.
